Personal Training Options:

Training sessions are 60-minutes in length and utilize traditional strength training, core conditioning, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and endurance coaching. Opportunities are available to train in the studio, in the pool, on the bike (in or outdoors), as well as running on the trails.

The initial training session includes the following:

  • baseline testing, measuring cardiorespiratory fitness, muscular endurance and flexibility
  • anthropometric measurements
  • blood pressure
  • heart rate training calculations, education and suggestions
  • determination of caloric budget
  • nutritional education
Pamela is an outstanding Personal Trainer. I’ve had several before.  She pushes you, but in such a warm, cheerful way that you don’t mind.  Every session is different.  She is a master at using a variety of exercises and equipment for building strength, endurance and balance. ~ David P.
