O2 Fitness Studio offers core conditioning and strength training classes that focus on building the muscles in the hips, abdomen and back, helping them function together to stabilize the body, as well as increase bone strength and build muscle mass important with any weight-loss program.
You won’t find a room filled with big pieces of exercise equipment at O2 Fitness Studio. Staying true to the fundamentals of strength training, classes are taught using barbells, dumbbells, resistance bands and body weight. You will be challenged, you will sweat and you will get results!
